Rental Requirements Policies Advance

Rental Requirements - Renters must present a valid driver's license, valid major credit card in their name, and proof of full coverage insurance. Rental requirements must be verified by our rental consultants prior to the rental.

Age Requirements - Minimum Age: 21. Underage fee of $15 per day applies for renters 21-24 years of age.

Additional Drivers - Additional drivers must be present at the time of rental & present a valid driver's license. Additional driver fee of $10 per day will be charged. Spouses are automatically covered at no additional cost.

Rental Rates - All rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Minimum rental is 1 day.

Special Equipment - Free child safety seats are available. GPS Navigational Systems can be ordered in any vehicle for $10 per day.

Non-Smoking - Our entire fleet is non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to the rental if this policy is violated.

Refueling Charge - For your convenience, you will receive a full tank of gas at the time of rental. When returning the car, just fill it up. No need to worry with matching gas levels or gambling with pre-paid packages. If you'd like us to re-fill the car for you, we'd be happy to at $5.00 per gallon refueling fee.

Driving Area Restrictions - Vehicles are prohibited beyond a 500 mile radius of renting location.

Delivery - We'll be glad to deliver or pick up your rental car for you for an additional fee. DC, Reagan, and Dulles $75; BWI $175; NYC $500. Ask about our FREE delivery during office hours.

Deposit Requirements: The below minimum deposits will be authorized on your credit card 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time:
Standard Vehicles $350 High-End 1 - High-End 2 $1500 High-End 3-4 $2500 High-End 5-6 $5000.

Payment Methods: All rentals must be pre-paid. We accept these major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Discover

Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of two days rental plus tax.

Hired Driver - Would you like someone to drive you? Absolutely! Just let us know and we'll arrange your driver at a cost of $30 per hour for a minimum of 10 hours. Additional driver fees apply.
